The Exum injury is really hurting what could have been a big season.

I think you're overvaluing how good he would've been in terms of directly impacting the W/L column. It's devastating in terms of his development. Obviously he would've helped but he most likely still would've been pretty limited offensively.

It's good to be 7'3"

At about 6'8" and above, height has very little to do with being a good rebounder. A lot of 7'+ guys are not good and a lot of 6'8, 6'9" dudes are dominant.
