Quin Snyder is about as knowledgeable about P&R as they come. Effective P&R requires intelligence, attitude, chemistry and experience. When Exum and Favors both develop those things, they're going to be very, very tough to defend. Especially since Hayward is developing into a #1 option, Gobert will get better on offense and Burks/Hood or a rookie should greatly improve shooting/scoring for the starting lineup.

Larry Krystkowiak has said that when he coached Favors that was his main goal. He said when Favors catches the ball and immediately attacks, he is elite. He said he told Favors time and time again, get the ball and attack.
