I have no real idea what they are. I guess the muscles get fatigued or something from intense work. Seems like something that should be correctable or treatable.
Larry Bird ended his career due to back spasms. So I guess it ain't no joke.

Hell yeah! I've got a couple nice fondue pots and was thinking of doing some fondue for New Years but ended up not doing it. I'm way jealous.
But I am making sous vide pork chops. Got my brew rig back together and decided to break it in with some sous vide.

Mmm brew
Haven't brewed in like forever. Had to replace my main contactor and decided to change the layout and completely re-do my wiring. It looks a little better and should be easier to see if there are any issues/should be less prone to having any issues. But just like before, I use my electric brewery for sous vide more than I use it to make beer. Pork chops, especially the really thick ones, are something I think I will never do any other way than sous vide ever again. Perfectly done all the way through with no overcooked outer portion.
Neto blows an open layup then turns it over for 2 points. 4 points Neto has given away.
I think his back hurts. Kind of an important part of the body.
