Sure they do. Unless you're talking about the lesser divisions that nobody cares about. I (like most people) don't consider that a "national" championship, just a lower division championship.

Most college football fans, media, etc, consider the BCS system flawed at best, a sham at worst. But you'll have a hard time finding anyone who thinks the BCS champion couldn't beat any of the lower division champions.

The BCS champion is (supposedly) the best team in college football- aka the national champion. They aren't just some lower division champion (aka probably not even the best team in their own state, let alone the nation).

If only they had won a game in the PAC. They'd at least be in 2nd place, right?

Hey once all the best players on the Ute offense got hurt, nobody was predicting any undefeated seasons.

And despite the apparent incompetence from the haters, the Utes can still finish second in the South if they win out (which they will).

Since Wynn got hurt this offense has done absolutely nothing. At the time I said they were in trouble if he's out for a while.

Lets just hope they can beat Oregon State.

3 blowout loses with no offense and a win against the one team that had a worse offense that they did.

On a side note consider me completely unimpressed with Norm Chow. Why did we scrap our spread offense for this garage?
