What's new

Verizon Android

Jason,

An iphone allows global carrier fission. Bewm!
But the iPhone is also known to make people look and act gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that. In fact, a lot of iPhone fanboys already looked and acted gay before they had an iPhone.

Not all of them, but a lot of them.

I've been using Android phones from Verizon since the launch of the first Droid and I've been very pleased with them. I recently got an X and it really is a great phone. That said I'll be switching to the IPhone eventually, but I am not even thinking about picking up the first wave of IPhones being released. They are not 4G compatible! Anyone interested in using 4G should just wait until the 4G compatible version is announced.

I hate giving Salty rep, but this is beyond true.

Funny you should mention this because I saw someone the other day who was obviously very gay, so of course I immediately assumed he was using an iPhone (duh), but imagine my surprise when I saw he was using an HTC Evo...and was just Tapatalk-ing away.

Weird.

Excellent. But no +10 for you, because I hate competition.

So can you turn off the annnoying pretentious narcissistic "Tapatalk" tagline? Or is that just how you roll?

If you knew what you were talking about in the smartphone thread, you'd know the answer to that question.

Yep, it's just how you roll....

Jason,

I got a Droid X last July, and have liked it far more than I thought I would. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the feedback, some of you ;)

It must be verizon because that's the company plan and I won't carry two phones again. I will get the iPhone again, just not sure I want to shell out msrp on a phone that will likely be versioned in 5 months. I've played with the android phones in the vzw store (twice) and someone's X as well as a rooted Nook and just am not sure. Still struggle with the lack of "good" iTunes integration. I know there are a couple options but haven't heard/read good reviews. Read the other smartphone thread about why I need iTunes integration if you care.

Guess I'm gay.
