Where's the downside? If these vets play, we tank before a great draft. If Corbin sits the vets, the young core plays.

I think there was apprehension at first because there was no 1st round picks mentioned. They just said were getting two washed up bench players.
Also, Corbin could very well start these guys, or give them way too much time. We haven't seen any reason to believe otherwise.

Now that more details of the trade have come out. We got a shooter in Rush, and the picks are unprotected this trade feels better.

I'm just worried about how Corbin will play these guys. If they are purely back up guys I think this will work out very well for us.
 
Love the trade for us but still don't see why GS would do it for Iggy. Doing it for D12 would make sense.

You mistake apprehension for being too quick to react, and then over-reacting at that.

Actually, if Corbin plays those vets over the youth, there would be no point in following the Jazz anymore.

I doubt either player sees more than an average of 15 mpg, making this a great move.
 
Lindsey's 4th transaction involving Jefferson.

Got him from the Bucks in a trade during his assistant gm job with Spurs.

Then re-signed him to the Spurs.

Then traded him to Warriors.

Then traded for him from the Warriors again.

Had Ty just given him time, Kevin would be a starter. Dude gonna blow up this year for W's.
