I'm thinking with our 16th we should snag Gary Harris

The warriors won't be bad enough to be at 16. Maybe Harris will fall to somewhere in the 20s and we can get him with that GSW pick.

With our own pick it's one of the three top dudes.

:)

You think Parker will slip out of the lottery? I hope so too tbh

Marvelous evolution of this thread. Dalamon handles a Skip Bayless Vortex better than Skip Bayless: make a hyperbolic statement or over-reach on a prediction; prepare yourself for praise as though you invented hyperbole and predictions; hedge your bets (here, Dally just plays the comedy line... throw in some BJ Burke statements and photoshops... Bam).

Is there any doubt that Dalamon is the funniest and smartest evar? What tactics!

apples and oranges

There is a better chance that Alec Burks will be an all star than there is for Wiggins. Remeber, we have a player right now that had tons of hype and was selected number 2 in the draft only to flame out and become a back up SF who had to take a pay cut by accepting the last year of his contract to guarantee getting paid this year. Marvin Williams. The NBA is full of players who had tons of hype that do nothing. Alec on the other hand has shown potential in games and a willingness to improve his game. Why am I talking about Alec right now? Because if we draft a top five player in this coming draft, the team will not be able to afford everyone, and one of our core players will have to go. This isn't baseball, there is a salary cap.

Comparing the hype of players in the 2005 draft to the 2014 draft?

Comparing the hype for Marvin versus for Wiggins/ Parker/etc?

Apples and oranges...

Two other points: First, Having 6 players who are all worthy of very high salaries would hardly be a bad thing. Having assets gives us options. Look at OKC with 3 stars and what they did to get assets for Harden, positioning themselves for sustained title competition. Second, the probability of having 6 players all worthy of very high salaries is nil. Out of our 5, we have only 2 in the "top 25 under 25" and Kanter, Burk and Burks all show flashes but have a LONG way to go to be in the top 5 for their respective positions (and therefore commanding that sort of money).

So I advise you kindly, sir, that your fretting will likely be for naught. Good day

6 out of 25 but close enough.

Saying we gad one good game after we just won 2 in a row on the road comfortably is just dumb (and untrue)

Also I think (could be wrong) we are 4-2 when healthy and using our current starting lineup

East will get picks 15-19

The Warriors pick will not be 15-19, it will either be 21-23 (70 % probability) or 12-14 (30% probability). The Eastern bottom 5 playoff teams will "earn" 15-19 for sure.
