Just saw some dude post this on Twitter. Wouldn't it be nice. Reunite Dante, Simmons and Ingles.

an underrated part of that image is that it forces the Lakers to lose their pick.

Jazz win the lottery, draft Simmons. Two weeks later Kevin Durrant signs with Houston, causing OKC to start a rebuild around Cameraon Payne and Enes Kanter. OKC trades Russel Westbrook to the Jazz for Ben Simmons and a couple of picks.

Jazz top 3 seed in the West.

Played the lottery for the first time this year, took me 5 tries and we got the 3rd pick.

The Lakers lost their pick as a result. We got Jamal Murray.

Played 10 times. 9 times we didn't move at all, 10th time we got the 1st pick and Ben Simmons.

Draft Simmons and trade Favors. His recurring back pain and passive nature are souring me on him somewhat.

What recurring back pain? He missed a month and it never came back. They found out it was due to his mattress and sleep position. He said in the locker clean out that is was a complete non-issue after he came back.

These Jazzfanz fallacies.

Let's trade a 24 year old big man who is already one of the best defenders in the NBA, who averaged 16,8,1.5,1.5 without a real NBA PG, who is on an insanely cheap contract, who is a great dude, who loves Utah. Genius idea.
