What's new

We still have one problem!

LOL you have to be kidding me. Sloan may not get coach of the year, but he is a damn good coach. One of the best ever to coach the nba, and I'm not saying that as a "homer". Get your head out of your ***.

Who hasn't said that in the past few months leading up to these trades. Everyone has said it or at least thought it one time or another. :P

I've never said the Jazz have one of the worst front office. Quite the opposite. With a more limited budget and smaller market they still have the most consistently competitive team in the NBA.

Did this guy just guarantee us a championship? Because the last time he came out with a bold statement he was shown to be a moran just a few days later. :)

Sloan is awesome and I will stand by his grizzled side. And KOC is finally giving him some non-pansy players, so the fun-level will be increased for all.

Actually many of us realized that the off-season is not over after the first 2 days of free agency. While some of you were predicting and criticizing lineups with Fes and Koufos playing major minutes, most of us could see that there was still a lot of water to go under the bridge before play starts.

In fact, i will predict that the Jazz rotation will still change from what we currently expect before the season starts.

Its funny Sloan has been here through all the years of losing! Maybe he might be our goat..for the idiots that means curse in the sports world

Lemme guess, eh? You don't likes neither yo Mama or yo Papa, or, for that matter, yo 8th grade teacher, neither, eh?

I admit I jumped on the Sloan bashing bandwagon early last season when I thought his dreadful coaching moves cost the Jazz a win against Dallas. But after that he coached the team to something like 19 of 21 victories. While I still have issues with his substitution patterns and his refusal to call timeouts when the team seems to need one, it's hard to bash the guy too much.
