Quin is gonna do wonders for youth development of the Jazz IMO. Gordon Hayward said it himself in the Locke interview that Quin is very very detailed, very prepared, and very precise. That is good news for young guys who want to know EXACTLY what they are doing wrong and how to improve going forward.


It was kinda interesting that Hayward gave his stamp of approval of Quin. He wouldn't admit it, but I don't think he had ever approved of Corbin.


Favourite player at the moment is Hayward & Exum.

Stifle Tower...and to be fair, my names have lasted about 2 years each.

My problem is I've gone with player-related names a lot (references to Millsap, Korver and Koufos, and the core4 which is now outdated). Guess I should have gone with a coach or something like Cyrone Torbin.

I think Gobert will likely be with the Jazz longer than I remain on the board.

I agree but for me it is a toss up between Burks, Gobert and Hayward.

I do like the name, it's very inventive. Once Gobert really blows up in the NBA you should change your profile picture though - make it mean looking!!!

I like Gobert.



Burks I don't really mind. But he really needs to lose that "I'm too cool for school" attitude and start thinking about how he can contributes to winning the game for us out there. He has all the tools, he just need to be able to put it all together and win games for us. I really do think he has as much talents as the likes of DWade & Harden, but he just needs to "figure it all out".

My profile pick is to make my daughter happy. She often bugs me about being on Jazzfanz too much and ignoring her. I just look at it as preparing her for marriage.

You wanted a new name. You wanted it to be fresh, upbeat, individualistic, and unique. You started a thread and poll, asking for recommendations, to which you received probably 100+ ideas. When it finally came time to make that big change, to take that big plunge, to finally shed the old skin of kkk and begin fresh...

... You chose to copy the name of one of the five oldest and most recognized posters on the board.






What really is frustrating is that I don't think you did any of this on purpose, and you are, infact, just that dumb.

Well as I explained in another thread I've never talked to the guy in all my years here (4+ years now) so I literally didn't know.


I PM'd him straight away last night when I found out and he seemed OK with it only for the fact that people will start calling me YB, but I didn't think that was an issue since most people will keep calling me Nickk or Hott anyway.


As I've said yesterday if YB85 is bothered by it and wanted me to change my name again he can just let me know and I'll do it.
