then they really need to go get players there, some ip guys and a roster that suffered huge downgrade on its two main pieces. And the best they were able to get last two seasons were a 4th place and 6 games first round exit.

Morey trying to keep up with the Joneses. Capped out. Crapped on by Jimmy Butler. Harden and CP3 had to be separated ASAP. This was his only option, and he’s paying a premium price for a guy who “could” make his whole team implode.

Not enough popcorn in the world for when Westbrook starts whining about Harden’s usage.

One thing in their favor is that they’re both really good at getting assists when the ball is in their hands. 7 seconds or less with either guy running the point should be interesting IF their supporting cast shoots well.
 
This is worth a shot for Houston. They know CP and Harden does not work and won't get them to the promised land. It also sounds like CP has created problems in the locker room. So why not? I think Westbrook and Harden is a better combo and CP and Harden but it depends upon which Westbrook shows up. Who knows but worth a shot.
