Looks like I'm the only one who still believes in Burks and one of the few in Favors. Burks could see a revival because he complements Dante and Mitchell -- three speed burners that match any trio in the league.

I believe Burks one of the best scorers off the bench in the league before Paul Pierce took him out.

Lets run! Would be hard to see our same offense working next year. Burks, Exum and Mitchell running the court, attacking the rim at all costs with Hood trailing for the 3 ball.
Favors will either be traded this summer, traded at the deadline or just walk in FA next year if we want cap space. Those are really the three options. He's just not the right fit for us.
Burks I don't know what the plan is with him. I do know that I don't want to see him taking minutes from Mitchell or Exum though.

I've been a fan my whole life. Through the ups, the downs and everything inbetween. I don't even know how you view what I posted as being a fair weather fan. I like Favors. Never had a problem with him. But it's a simple fact that he does not fit next to Rudy. He fits even less now that we have a PG who can't space the floor and we lost our top offensive weapon. We can't have 3 guys in the same starting lineup Rubio/Favors/Gobert that can't spread the floor. And he'd be an overpriced backup because he'll make a good amount of money in FA next year. Burks I like as well. But since the injuries he has struggled to adjust to Quin's system. I don't want younger guys like Exum and Mitchell who we are heavily invested in to be riding the pine behind him.
Can't we still do an extension with him next season? I'm not sure how he feels about the team but he likes consistency and extended for cheap before. If he is healthy and playing okay I could see it being beneficial for both Jazz and Favor's to do an extension early.
