Almost all of us want to Hayward to stay. But there are some things he isn't doing that I wish he would do(assuming he wants to stay)-
1) Be verbally committed to the Utah Jazz. I felt like he has had the opportunity to say "I want to stay" or even "I see myself staying here". He hasn't said anything promising at all. This is why I am worried. George Hill has been more verbally committed to the Jazz(even if he wants a big pay day).
2) Recruit If all we do is resign Hayward, Hill and Ingles, that's great. But we have a ceiling with that team. We aren't beating the Warriors. But by spending so much time/energy figuring out the Hayward situation we haven't been able to recruit at this off season. If he really wanted Utah to win, he could let everyone know he is staying and spend time trying to recruit people.
