We would have tanked giving all the playing time to the youth. And we would have not dropped from 4 to 5. But, they were worried about the fan base that didn't want to see development. These Tards couldn't see the forest through the tree just like our front office. Now our best hope is to get Exum hope that he is a player like Westbrook and move Burke before someone sees him for what he is Chris Paul without speed or athleticism. I still would try to move up to get Parker or Wiggins. But, that would be if we didn't move Kanter, Favors, or Burks. Man even though I can't stand Hayward. I wish he were under contract so we could move him for assets. I'm worried that DL wants to try to make us the Spurs. Well, if it weren't for Duncan and Parker and a vacuum of real stars like the Lebrons or Jordans the Spurs wouldn't have won any championships. We don't have a Duncan or a Parker. We have some pieces that could develop nicely but don't try to ram a circle into a square opening it doesn't work. Could you imagine talks about getting Parker or Wiggins or Exum without having to sell the farm?
