Does the like button increase reps or anything? Or does it keep a tally next to your rep total? Do you increase your rep power by getting enough likes? Just wondering. Thanks

The answer to all of that is "no". I use it as a "that post was a good post, but not good enough to rep" or "I'm too lazy to rep that post" tool.
