The priority now should be developing and understanding what you have in Kessler, Hendricks, and Keyonte. With potentially 3 more first round picks next year, we don't have the luxury of giving each of our young guys tons of time to show potential. Having Lauri should really help to put them all in good positions to show what they can do and to develop. I'm pretty sure that Hardy is on board this year and will prioritize the young guys, but if not then Ainge will need to do something about Clarkson and Collins.
They changed the way he was used this past season. They are going to go back to what works better this yearI think it would be interesting to see Lauri used a bit differently this year. The way he’s been used the past two seasons is most likely his ideal role, but this could be a good opportunity to see if he can expand his game a bit and play with the ball. Whether it works or not, it’s a win-win situation.

They had him initiate offense from the 3pt line much more often last season, especially early on.I’m curious as to what you think the difference was.

They are going to do more playmaking from the high postI don't think there was much difference year to year, and the numbers would actually indicate he did more initiation type stuff in 22/23. But I think next season would be a great time to give him the chance to expand his game there. I don't see the benefit of him doing even less with the ball than he is now. In a year where winning isn't the priority, there's no reason to deny Lauri the opportunity to expand his game.

You just aren't remembering very well. He tried it a lot, especially early in the seasonHe’s only done a tiny amount of initiating/shot creating of any kind in either year. I want to see Hardy give him the chance to expand his game.

Unlikely. This isn't a numbers thingOr I could be remembering right and the numbers happen to represent exactly what I remember.
