What PG do you want the jazz to go get?

It's a risk, no doubt about it. But I think everyone knows that we need to add a PG. As long as we don't have to give up one of our core players, I'd say it's worth the risk.

We need a PG, and this is one of the more realistic possibilities, so I'm all in. I'll eat crow later if Im wrong.

Burke and Neto are actually both shooting better from 3 than they are from the field overall..

With Trey at 44% from 3 and Neto at 34% and the team injured and playing near .500 ball - thats passable.

Neto could obviously be upgraded but he's 23 a rookie and locked into a cheap deal, so if they feel he's got potential to shoot. it's understandable they aren't looking to move assets to make a move. If they're tanking, it's understandable Neto's starting too.



Trey and Alec should obviously be starting, would be interesting to see how they'd shoot from 3 playing with Hayward. Their shooting 44%, 41$ and 38% respectively on a combined 10.5 attempts per game..

I thought the limb you were going out on might break.....I was a bit skeptical of your solution, but it's looking like a solid suggestion at this point.

Still early in the season though. Burke or neto could surpass curry's, production with a few tweaks to their game and more minutes/opportunities.

Don't jump the gun. I think DL should should at least wait till the all star break

Can spread the floor, is the same age as our core, already a proven scorer, good length, can play the 1 and 2 (which would be especially important for when Exum comes back).

Yes it might happen. The question is when to make that trade.

I think the jazz should wait to see how good our current players are first. Our guys are younger than steph and still improving. I'm worried the jazz might be giving up too much in the trade

The Pels are 5-15. If that slide continues another month or so, Jrue Holiday could make some sense.

My only issue with acquiring such a pg is having him start over Burke. Would the latter be okay with that? Or would we trade him in the deal?

I say stick it out and see what you can get for Burke at the deadline. Then draft GPII with one of our 2nd round picks or package them together. He and Exum would put the fear in people defensively for sure.
