What should I expect from Ty?

I watched him as a player and was too young to see much more than his ppg. Other than that, I know he has been shortlisted for a head coach position w/ various other teams.

So, who is this guy and what will he change, if anything?

I have heard he coaches some summer league. True? Anybody paid attention to how he coaches?

Obviously no coach would make major changes overnight, but I do expect him to have his own style.
