I agree, I'm a fan of the team, not the city. I could understand why people that actually live in Salt Lake though wouldn't want them to move. Since I don't live there though and never will, I could care less where the Jazz go, as long as it meant they got more competitive with the rest of the NBA.

Well, I guess you won't care if the Lakers leave LA either then, you'll still be big fans. Of course if they did move to SLC, you couldn't be fans anymore because then they could no longer support the largest payroll in the league. That's cool, though, there's always the Knicks or the Bulls.

Even though i'm an out of state Jazz fan, ive been to SLC many times and would be disappointed if they moved, esp with the number of Jazz fans I know that do live in SLC.

Anyone that thinks that the Jazz had any other agenda than trying to pick the best basketball player possible is a complete idiot. You don't have to like the pick, but to say they don't care about improving the team is absolutely absurd. Gordon Hayward doesn't sell tickets. Winning sells tickets.
