If the issue is winning games, then neither of them will help us much. If the issue is damage done to the team (i.e. taking time away from developing players) then it is Bell in a landslide. Fact is we have no point guard beyond Harris and Watson really. I think they should start Watson over Harris, but either way that is not ideal for a starter. But with the PGs we have (Harris, Watson, Tinsley) it doesn't matter who gets the PT. None of them are the PG of the future, they are just keeping that seat warm. But playing Bell is detrimental to losing now AND to our other players' futures. Any minutes Bell gets ahead of Burks and Hayward is nothing but a drain on our long-term success, not to mention short-term view of W/L for the season. So I voted Bell. The potential for damage is just so much greater.

...I remember Harris from his days with Dallas when he was an excellent ball-denier on defense and pretty fast. Haven't really seen much of him since. But I voted for Bell hindering the young guys. Harris still have something in the tank.....Bell is done, through, finished, kaput.

Harris. I really thought he was better than this. The sucky thing is if he continues to play this bad he is no good on the market. I think we all need to be harris fans and hope he gets it together so by the trade deadline we can get something good for him.

This is crazy. The worst thing that happens with Harris is he only plays OK. It's not like there's any chance he'll be a bad player. His whole career has ranged from tantalizingly good (never great) to merely competent. Bell could should 45% from 3 this season and still be a detriment. He can't drive, he can't pass, he drags the whole offense down, and his defense is so overrated at this point that it's like watching a mini-Harpring -- gritty and useless.

Harris being OK doesn't hurt us, it just doesn't really help us. Bell has no chance to help us, and every minute he's on the floor hurts us.
