Dame has said he has a willingness to play in Utah (now some of that was because he is really good friends with Johnnie Bryant who is gone now) but he also has the Weber state connection and I do think he’s a player who would actually be happy/fine with a trade here who is a legitimate star.

I think you might be the only person in the world, including analysts, who thinks the Jazz should move Donovan. Can't you get behind your bias? Your arguments have no intellectual basis -- they're purely emotional and thus illogical. Maybe he does want to leave, but I doubt it now that DWade, with whom he is very close and who has become his mentor, is part of the Jazz. Can't you even see this? If you can't, then you are like a person who watched George Floyd die and believes the police were just doing their job.
 
Donovan is not going anywhere
After game 6 performance he is untouchable
Having DWade seals the deal

Shaq is part owner of Sacramento, I’m not sure how much good that’s doing them lol. As I said, if the Jazz don’t have to trade him there’s no way on earth they’re going to trade him. This is under the premise they do have to trade him.
 
It's exasperating that we have to continue to be forced to listen to Oneye express his hatred for Donovan. We know he hates Donovan, but enough is enough. His arguments have no basis in fact. They are simply a non-stop stream of baseless, personal hatred of the most popular player on the Jazz, and this is a Jazz fan site that loves Donovan. Why should we be forced to be insulted by this. It's like having to be forced to listen to Trump continually broadcast his lies about the election. And what did Facebook do, it banned him. I'm not saying ban Oneye but mods please ask him to stop.

I guess you don't realize that Donovan has been a personal guest of DWade at his home and that they have worked out together. I think it was last summer. I'm not sure when this personal relationship started but this is crucial to the idea that the Jazz and Donovan are not going to part ways. They call each other "brothers" and it's more than just rhetorical. In fact, it may be the reason DWade bought into the Jazz.
 
Just this once I'll play into this idea that Donovan wants out. First thing you do is figure out what team he wants to go to then you take everything from them. As many firsts and young players you can get. You don't trade a young superstar for a single older player who while yes very good but will be on the downturn sooner than later. Then you turn around and trade Rudy for everything you can get. Then you trade the likes of JC, Bojan, Royce etc. for everything you can then you turn into the current day Thunder or the 76ers from a few years ago and hope you can build up a team with players that come close to what you have now. Which will never happen because this isn't the Jazz M.O.
