Imo, yes.. hot sake only. Tho iced sake is certainly a newer trend.

I like sake both ways. Some sake is intended to be drank warm, some can go either way and some is intended to be drank cold. Better sake is better but I like the cheap stuff okay too.

This is one of my favorites and I typically drink it cold.

Wow, that's my dream trip...well maybe Ireland first. Sake is good both hot and cold, but if its cold it has to be good quality. Love beer, sake and sushi evenings when I can afford it.
