I think Neto is and will be better than anyone here has expected. He has made tremendous improvement since the start of the season.

Well I think even he would rate his own performance as SOLID this year instead of stellar... I just don't think he has quite taken that proverbial 'next step'.
 
Neto is turning 24 years old this year too, so IDK how much improvement can really be expected.

next season we will have three SUPERB starters, two SOLID ones to round out the starting five, three SOLID players off the bench, one INDIFFERENT one, two MEDIOCRE ones and four DEPLORABLE players to warm the end of the bench.
