Whats the benefit of making an alt account?

We're forgetting about one more benefit of an active poster's alt(s). REP

They can rep their self with the alt, sure, but they can also hand out negs and not take the inevitable retaliatory hit on their primary acct.

. Here's a fun little tidbit: Two of the top ten (by rep) are both alts of current users. You'll never guess who they are, and you'd die and/or not believe me if I told you. It's all good though, since they don't cause problems, etc. Jackholes like Heaven Harris and ScerpioNJ on the other hand, ruin it for the rest of us.

I just knew there was a reason we've never seen a picture of Cyrone Torbin and PKM together!

My guess is Gameface and NUMBERICA.
