What's The Last Movie You’ve Seen?

Adam Sandler's newest sucked. How do you screw up a movie that bad with a cast that includes every name drop possible? And then the 3rd act was actually pretty damn good.

I love this Netflix original model. It's bringing back to life some pretty dang good actors and actresses that otherwise don't have a stage for some reason.

This review pretty much sums up all of the last 5 or 6 Adam Sandler movies. He has lost what edge he ever had. But he keeps making money so he will keep making mediocre to bad movies.

Can't believe how boring Wonder Woman was. Overrated as ****.

As far as super hero origin stories in general goes I place it about 5th on my list. I found it pretty decent story-telling, and I thought the action was ok. Overall I give it about a C+ to maybe even a B-. If I were bored channel-surfing some rainy Saturday afternoon and come across it I would watch it again. I thought Gadot did a pretty good job. The fact that the entire movie was a flashback drops it down my scale a bit as I think that is VERY overdone, but to make the entire move that way went beyond over-done. I also didn't like the fact that they made her basically immortal. Invincible fighting invincible has to be the MOST cliche thing in super hero movies. It is why I stopped reading comics. Kill superman, then bring him back, then kill him again, and this guy is badass but this guy is a whole ****ing planet, blah blah blah. Boring.

On the scale that just takes the DC universe into account I place it a very distant 2nd behind Dark Knight, which was actually the Joker's origin story, so to speak, and far and away the best DC-based movie ever.

Nolan's Batman was different than these thematic cineverses. They are good, especially The Dark Knight.

WW being best DC Universe movie doesn't make it good movie, however. Nothing new in WW other than it being the first successful superhero movie with female lead. Gadot did a fine job.

First movie I've ever seen where I wanted Patrick Stewart to die.

Anyone seen the new Spider man movie, it's getting pretty good reviews and it's by the director of Cop Car so I am intrigued

caught this movie on tv earlier today, I enjoyed it, one of the better forgotten movies of the 90's.

Just saw Spiderman Homecoming.

I liked it. It was light hearted, some really funny moments in it. Watched it for USD3.50 here in Thailand on a Wednesday night special, can't beat that for value for money.

I saw it. I still like Spiderman 1&2 by Sam Raimi way better.

Yah it was always gonna be hard to beat those one.

How was Keaton?

He looked good in it.

Decent.. he did the best he could in that role. There was a nice twist at the end with him in it. Also Marvel really played on the 'Birdman' concept, ... now THAT was genius.
