What's The Last Movie You’ve Seen?

I think this movie is a bit of a departure for Mr. Anderson. I liked it but it was at times hard to follow and hard to understand. Mr. Phoenix slurred a lot in this movie and the dialogue, based in 1970's drug speak, was not easier to understand. But the acting was stellar, the shots were great and the sound was very alive...meaning, the production mixer did a great job capturing the scenes.

Im def going to watch it again with the subtitles.

How did you get to see it?

Watched Dawn of the Planet of the Apes yesterday.

I am much happier with the personality and emotions of Ceaser than I have been with any other version of this story. I am hoping the human male lead sticks around for the next one. Just for some continuity on the human side of it.
Really good movie

Watched fast times at ridgemont high...... mostly for pheobe cates boobs.

Twas worth it.
Plus the bikini she wears is red so that qualifies it as a holiday movie

Watched Bullets or Ballots the other day.

Standard '30s noir piece. One thing I noticed. There was a TON of smoking. I'd say there was a cigarette or cigar lit in 80% of the scenes. Obviously it wouldn't fly now, but I was surprised to see so much.

Kind of a slow night at work tonight...

Sooooo, I finished this:

youtube: Jennifer Lawrence on The Poker House: Bathtub Scene and Kissing Scenes

Fury - intense action scenes, well acted, afterwards it got me interested in looking up tanks on the internet so it succeeded.

The Guest - had high expectations from the director of You're Next(if you haven't seen it check it out, seriously) and this lived up to it, so absurd and yet incredibly entertaining.

Hobbit Battle of Five Armies is probably the worst movie i have seen at a theatre.

Lot's of great actors and many in some of their earlier roles. Check out the "Sicilian Scene" for a good highlight.

"It's like, how much more black could this be, and the answer is none... none more black."

"Dozens of people spontaneously combust every year"

'What's this one called?'
'Lick My Love Pump.'

Great movie. Everyone kills it. Well, Slater and Arquette bring nothing to the table but everyone else is great.
