I'll be very frustrated, maybe even angry. I've never watched a Jazz possession (in recent times) where I didn't expect them to score or for them to get a stop on the defensive end. It's not logical by any stretch, but it's what being a homer does to me.
I know at the end of the series, whatever happens I'll look back and be proud of everything they've done, and I'll be watching highlights of this season for years to come. But I can't turn that on while they are still out there competing.

Jazz have already achieved the goals I wanted for this season. Anything from this point on is bonus. Leave it all out there and try to take a game or two. if they do that then this season will have exceeded my hopes.

There is nothing that will happen in this series to make me down about the jazz or any of the players (other than some horrific injury).
Come what may against GS, I'm happy with the season and the team.
Three threads the exact same as mine, UB, but with more subtle wording. I'm already on the record with my prediction that the Jazz will win 1-2 games. My thread uses the words "at times" to indicate that there will be parts of the game when they crush us(1st quarter...etc.), and frames the thread as more than just the series standings.
You might want to just stick to your homophobic schtick, and other bigoted fare, it's probably the only thing you're good at.
Homophobic? If anything, my schtick is homophilic. I got to first base with dudes before, almost stole second. It was cool.

Hope so. My prediction is we win 1-2 games. But there will be moments, maybe even games where they crush us, too. It will be interesting to see how we bounce back from their runs or maybe even a big defeat. Personally, the only thing that would really bum me out is if we have another series like the Clippers where the refs are blatantly on the take. Otherwise I trust in our team but won't have any animosity toward them if they get crushed. Old reference, but the Pistons took lumps from the Lakers in 86 and 87, the Bulls took lumps from the Pistons in 88 and 89. It made them both better teams as they went on to become champions.
