Who are your 'untouchables" with this coming off-season?

Like I said most stars ramp up very quickly and you just proved my point. There are exceptions that take longer but most guys are legit impact players by their 2nd season.

I think you're deluded if you think Keyonte has proven that he's on the Ja / Ant path to stardom.

Other players that have looked like future stars early in their career (and that some have already given them that status their 2nd/3rd year): DeAndre Ayton, RJ Barrett... and Collin Sexton. Right now I'd give Keyonte more of a chance of being Sexton than being Ant. Simply because most players don't turn out to be stars.

You can touch anyone for the right price. Its true on any roster but I think its especially true on this one.

Now that we're finally tanking properly. Who you you NOT want to be traded. You have to start keeping and building around someone. You can include players that are on expiring.

Untouchables:
I love Sexton and Dunn, would love them longterm.
Hendricks. I'd put him on that list. He's raw on defense but I think there's a lot of potential.

Then the others:
I also love Lauri.... but would trade him to the Thunder for 4 picks + players and go full tank next year for Cooper. I find it weird we were told Simone was not part of our long-term plan and Lauri is when he's only 1.5 years younger.
Keyonte: I'm not sold. He had a bottom 5 defense in the league at 1 time and was bottom 15 for months after that. There's potential but I'd rather have had Cam over him
Walker: I don't know what it is but he just has 0 toughness. He's soft trying to put the ball up. He needs to just dunk the ball when he goes up, and instead, puts up a soft layup that gets blocked a lot. His rookie year looked great but he is definitely considered tradable if we go for Cooper.
Clarkson: Loved him for almost his entire career here. He's really turned the fans against him the last year +. Needs a new change of scenery.
Luka: I don't understand why this dude is even on the team. I'd give Preston all of his minutes yesterday.
THT: lol.
Collins: I think he's improved a lot and I don't see the Jazz trading him but I'd definitely take calls.
Brice: still needs a lot of time but looks good too. I'd still add him in as a filler if someone wanted a deal.

Love the 3 year contracts on the players they just signed. If they play great, they probably get a good amount of run soon.

I'd be shock if the Jazz aren't aiming to tank next season too.

Waiting to tank until the deadline is not tanking properly. And the only untouchable for me is Lauri.

I would want him if the idea is to be a contender in 3 years and I'd want him if the idea was to tank for the upcoming mega talents. Can't really say that about anyone else.

I do think nobody untouchable at that stage except Lauri if he extend, Keyonte and maybe JC ( for his relationship with owne,,,r). For me the first move should be to send DA to retirement. I just think he loose his magic touch .

Wouldn't include them even in a trade for Luka- because then we'd be in the same situation Dallas has been in- Luka without the right talent around him isn't getting you a Championship. We'd just have to dump as many picks on them as it takes, because if we lose our only other 'star' level pieces, there really isn't any point.
