Bill was also on the Boston Celtics on a loaded team and was the perfect player for his era and still couldnt shoot above 44% from the field. It's easy to have leadership when you are leading an elite crew who are head and shoulders above the competition.

Damn I miss Joe. One of my favorite Jazz men of all time. Would love to have him come back to the organization in some capacity. Hell get him on the broadcast team. He would be an improvement over any of them.

Agreed. Joe was one of the all timers. My guess is that he heads back to Australia when he is done and I also imagine he has little love for the Smith Ainge era in Utah. He loved Quinn and the Millers but that is long gone.
