Who is Dennis Lindsey targeting by potentially moving up?

We all know that Dennis Lindsey is a wheeler and dealer and will be active in trying to make a move up. Who do we think he is realistically trying to target in his attempts to move up?

If DL is targeting a deal with Milwaukee, I think it is to get Embiid. If DL cannot swing a deal for #2, then I think he is trying to get the #3 slot targeting the best player available which would be Parker.

1. Cleveland - Wiggins: I think the #1 pick is very difficult for Utah to get. I think Cleveland needs to make a big move. They may trade to get a big time name veteran but I think they are going to keep the pick and I think Wiggins is the player. Cleveland botched last years pick with an apparent bust in Bennett. Wiggins has the hype to potentially be "the next big thing." I think they are going to go Wiggins. They can't afford the bad PR with a poor pick this time around.
3. Milwaukee - Pick is Available?: I think a deal can be done here. I think Utah could be trying to target this pick. Who would DL select if Wiggins is gone and he is able to trade up to this slot? Embiid or Parker?
5. Philadelphia - Parker: I think Embiid will go #2 if Milwaukee keeps the pick. This would make Parker avaialble at the #3 slot.
