Who is in Training Camp?

The Utah Jazz website has 19 players on it. NBA rules allow 20 for training camp. Not all of the 19 contracts are guaranteed. So who gets a training camp invite?

Based on the game today vs. Portland I would push for Mike Tobey and Ford go be brought to camp. I don't care who get's let go of the dregs.

Anyone up for inviting Cooley and Cotton to training camp. They seemed to have more ability that a lot of the summer league guys this year.
 
After watching these games, I would say the five best players without contracts are Bolomboy, Craft, Ford, Tobie, and Butterfield. Page has gone from bad to worse, and I think Ford is better than Wallace. Craft, the best PG is 25, so that might enter into their decision, and I don't think he could beat out Neto -- anyone else think so?

How is this for collegiate greatness with the Ohio State University?
In his junior year at Ohio State, Craft passed former Buckeye Guard Jay Burson for most steals in school history with 205.[13] In the third round of the 2013 NCAA Tournament against Iowa State, he hit a game-winning three with 0.5 seconds left to send the Buckeyes to the Sweet 16.[14]

Craft is the fourth player in Big Ten history to be a three time first team Academic All-America selection and the third athlete in Division I history to repeat as Division I Men's Basketball Academic All-America Team Member of the Year.[15] Craft graduated from Ohio State with a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition sciences.

None of that makes him a great college basketball player.
