Favors has to return asap to play his cards to be selected for the All-Star.

If the Jazz remain in the 7th or 8th seed with all these absences till the beginning of February, maybe Favors could be selected to reward the Jazz. But he has to play dominant ball this month.

It happened with Kirilenko in 2004 when he was selected for the All-Star game because the Jazz were a revelation that season with a mediocre roster.
