Who should be our 3rd PG?

Could we get rid of all of them and have Burks play 3rd string PG along with 2nd string SG? He played a lot better at PG this year

Neto and Mack to me seem like 3a and 3b. It's an interesting question. I think we could do better than Mack if we want him to play the 2. As in try to find someone who excels at one thing (Morrow 3 point, Millsap defense) at that spot, not someone is is average at everything like Mack

Do you guys think we'll ever see the three wing lineup again? Or was that only ever a stopgap while we were so weak at point guard?

Mack has a great contract, so we might keep him. Also has good trade value bc of it. I like Neto better in that role tho.

Doesn't really matter, either Neto or Mack, they're both cheap. They shouldn't get on the court with any regularity all being well.

Unless a trade comes along, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Hill, Exum, Mack, and Neto all on the roster. The positional flexibility of Hill and Exum allows for this "glut" of "PGs"

1- Exum
2- Mack
3- Neto

Hill will be used at backup SG. Burke and Burks will probably be moved. It's the only way I can make some semblance of sense out of trading for Mack and then Hill when Exum is the guy moving forward and the team supposedly likes Neto.

Or. . .

1 - Exum
2 - Hill
3 - Neto
(Trade Mack for something more than a future 2nd round pick and you get a decent return on investment.)

Both of those scenarios make A LOT more sense than trading for Hill to be the primary backup at the 2. Yeah, he's a good 3 & D guy, but he's not big enough to hold up as a 2 exclusively. .
