Somewhere between taxpayer MLE and regular MLE. It won’t be Orlando if it’s closer to MLE. Likely 7-8M a year if he stays.
I don't think there is any chance that he is back with the magic. He is going to look at places that can give him a good shot at consistent backup minutes. Washington makes a ton of sense because they could just be looking for value and there is a path to possibly start there rather than coming off the bench. Memphis could also be a good landing spot for him if they don't take Clingan with their 1st.

Yurt is 26, not good, and his archetype is non-desirable.

I don’t think Juzang is that great either, but he just turned 23, played well, and has potential to fill a valuable archetype. Wouldn’t be too mad if we lost him though.

Lofton, no brainer. If he improves his skill level he can be a fantastic system fit as an offensive big off the bench + has the favorable deal.

Bazley, don’t really care too much if we lose him….but favorable deal gives him advantage.

Dunn is also a no brainer, our second best guard this year. Hopefully we have goodwill with him and he signs a long term, low money contract.

The rest are not worth speaking of.

We have 8 guys on deals. Lofton and Dunn would make that 10. 3 draft picks (if we use them all) + Juzang and Bazley would get us to 15. Juzang and Bazley can go if we are actually able to sign free agents/need those roster spots.

To a small degree I think it makes a little difference what direction we go this summer. If we sign/trade for some win now pieces then maybe we want some cheap end of bench guys. I would pick: Dunn, Yurt, Juzang, Bazely. Most likely we are looking for guys that have a chance to be developed in to something more. With that premise you might go with Lofton, Bazely, Lewis, Juzang

We've had worst 11th players than Juzang, Yurt, Lofton, Potter, Dunn or even Bazley... I would't mind 4 of them being 11 to 14th dudes.
It's the other 10 that matters more.

It depends on if we’re tanking again. If we keep Markkanen, Lofton and Juzang both make sense as end of the bench guys. Dunn probably gets a decent offer after his time in Utah, and if they are willing to pay to keep him, they should’ve kept Fontecchio instead.

We obviously have to keep Dunn, probably the best perimeter defender in the league (and terrific team guy). Then Lofton for sure, and I would keep Juzang as well.

The question I had in the last four games or so was why Luka, THT, and Lewis got the run they did? Maybe the FO sees a role for them in the future. All four games were competitive.

I think it was doing them a favor getting some burn while trying to lose. Ideally they will not bring any of them back. Luka does some good things, but needs to learn to shoot. When he puts arc on his 3 it tends to go in more. Not sure how he hasn't figured that out at this stage.

Losing competitive games is the best way to tank, after all. I wouldn't read much into it. Jazz would probably like to be seen as a team doing players a solid, and they got important playing time to show off before free agency,

For the last few games, I wouldnt read into any "development" narrative. I'm pretty sure its more about last minute assessment of the remainders in your roster, to give them one last chance to convince they are worth keeping.
