Foye's +/- shouldn't be analyzed too much because his small role makes it difficult to establish causation in one direction.
However, Jefferson is clearly making those around him worse and not the other way around. The observational evidence and empirical data are conclusive: Building a team around this man is a terrible mistake.

This is further proof that Corbin is an idiot. Al and Favors are TERRIBLE together. Al and Kanter are much, much better. Yet Favors starts. Burks plays extremely well with Al (he may be the only person in the NBA to do so), yet does not start. Imagine how much better the Jazz would be with this starting lineup:

Hayward
Kanter
Al
someone else (Marvin/Tinsley)
But Corbin doesn't know how to use his brain, he picks his lineup on senority...Millsap is out, so Favors automatically starts because he has been around longer.
If Corbin and Al are gone, we will be a top three team in 2-3 years.
