Clarkson would set the record for dribbles in a game with this starting lineup.
With how they want to mix and match front court players bringing Collins off the bench would make a ton of sense but I doubt they even hint at doing that... kind of a shame so much status comes with starting.I think they should start Collins, but if he accepted the role he'd be a killer 6th man. Strong punch off the bench.
I read that and assumed he meant to say Collin. With how they want to mix and match front court players bringing Collins off the bench would make a ton of sense but I doubt they even hint at doing that... kind of a shame so much status comes with starting.
This should clear it up for yaI read that and assumed he meant to say Collin.
This will get confusing with Collins and Collin along with two JCs.
Thanks I somehow had skipped that post and based on the title assumed Log was talking about Sexton. This should clear it up for ya
the original post in the discussion (about 7 posts back): Should we really start John Collins?
I think most people call Collin, Sexton and most people call John, Collins so it shouldn't be too hard. I doubt we will ever refer to John Collins as John.
I also think KO gets traded.
How do you "drive up" the value of someone who's a borderline NBA player (THT) though? I mean, if it was that easy, everyone would be doing it.
Making matters worse is that fact that the more THT plays in an on-ball role, the more inefficient he gets. That's not exactly a recipe for driving up his value, as we saw from last season. He had zero market after dominating the ball and putting up some gaudy counting stats. Teams know what he is.
Here is how i see it IMHO
PG - Clarkson, George, Dunn
SG - Agbaji, Sexton, THT
SF - Makkanen, Fonticchio, Sensabaugh
PF - Collins, Hendricks, Samanic
C - Kessler, Olynyk, Yurtseven
What make me worry starting Sexton and JC is the lack of passing ability.
