I’m being realistic. One of the biggest problems our democracy faces is the instability brought on by the recent changes to allow voters to determine the party’s nominee. This has opened the floodgates to teevee stars and populists. For most of our country’s history, this hasn’t been the case. For most of our history, parties chose the candidates and voters then decided. I believe giving parties more power so they can vet candidates instead of merely rubber stamping whatever insane person bored voters seeking entertainment choose, would ultimately stabilize our democratic system.

My comment was more tongue n cheek. I’m talking about those supposedly “neutral” voters who didn’t “like Trump” but didn’t think Biden was fit. I have a feeling that a number of those voters will still go third party or back to daddy Trump since harping on Biden’s fitness for some of them was merely an excuse to help Trump. A of them will now seek another excuse to refuse voting for Harris. You’ll see it soon on here where those who never ever ever ever made a sustained effort to bash Trump but always found a way to attack Biden, will somehow find ways to excuse Trump while attacking Harris. You’ll see. Just watch. But sure, they’re just neutral, you know?
I do however believe that Biden was the floor in terms of democratic potential this cycle. Harris lifts up the ceiling. How much? Well see. Early signs point to Democratic enthusiasm surging and money flowing. If Harris can trend high like most Democratic senators in battleground states, then Democrats could easily retake the House and hold onto the Senate and White House. This is the worst news for trumpworld. They really didn’t want this to happen. Although, Fox News and the billionaires who want more tax cuts and deregulation will put their machine into overdrive to turn Harris into soros supporting anti American socialist commie DEI Hillary. As they do to all Democrats.

There is a chance that this has a trump like effect on the election. Meaning, voters are so bored with their lives that something novel might gain their attention. Many found Trump to be entertaining. Why not put a clown with a flamethrower into the White House? Now the narrative has shifted. Why not put Kamala into the White House? After all this drama? The comeback! A black woman vanquishing the old white guy! What a story!
If she can get in some sick burns, then she can really gain some momentum. Most people don’t like Trump. If she can articulate what most of us have wanted to say for months, she can really gain popularity. On top of that, we all know it’s only a matter of time before Trump and his team either drop the n word or make not so subtle racist and sexist attacks on her. That could potentially boomerang on Trump.
Again, claiming a black isn't smart or qualified and that she got her position by sleeping around are stereotypes that the right will embrace and will hopefully backfire.

The president can just change the names to Kamala. A recent Supreme Court decision gave the power to the president to do whatever the **** he wanted. So even if those lawsuits are successful, Brandon can just change those ballots to Kamala’s name. Thanks Alito and Thomas!

Right now I'm imagining her, while she was DA in California, coming home after a long long day of sending people to long prison sentences for marijuana possession, lighting up a fat *** blunt and after getting a little too high she has an epic thought, "What can be! ...Unburdened by what has been."
