They literally want to institute trumpism and want to install trump loyalists throughout government. That want maga warriors in government. They were literally part of his administration. They aren't some random group of conservatives.

What did he do in his life time to merit the opportunity to manage the governments department of transportation?
You posted nothing of the sort. You are playing six degrees of Kevin Bacon. You are touting a thing written by those not in Trump's inner circle, and which is actually competing with Trump's agenda, which I posted above. To your follow-on question, Trump absolutely turns on those he sees as competing against him.
