Who will Rondo get traded to?

I shall re-word what I said..

One of the current Core4 will be gone within 12 months.

I could see Burks gone, easily. Especially if Rush fits in well. Also, unless Favors improves for once, I could see him gone if he thinks he is going to get a 12+ deal per year. An unimproved Favors isnt' worth that.

Some flawed logic here.

--Adding "unprotected" when talking about the GSW pick is a nice way to overvalue what you have. GSW will have to sustain multiple serious injuries (at least 3) before they go from a top tier team to 7-8 seed. They are that deep. The pick is nice but it's not very valuable atm.

--If Hayward isn't worth Rondo then this team is going to be decent, meaning we're out of the running for the top 3 picks.

Favors and the GSW pick, plus the Jazz 2015 protected first should be thrown at the Celtics. Favors is 80-90% replaceable in free agency, and for significant dollar savings over what he'll get paid.

I love a nucleus of Kanter-Hayward-Rondo.

While we're making outlandish predictions, Hayward is the player who will make his first All Star game this year. Kobe is down, and the 2/3 is kind of weak in the West (even Gay is Eastward now). Hayward will beat out Parsons and Batum for the last spot.

Kawhi.

Doubtful. He'll be the best player on a very bad team. He'll be ignored.

Kahwi won't have the stats. He is still on a team that shares the ball pretty evenly and he isn't the 1st option.

Yes, but he's played very well on a national stage during postseason play. Fair or not that always plays a part in it.

Hayward **** his pants for 4 playoff games.

Paul George **** his pants his first playoff series too.

Well, here are the top 6 SG's ranked by PER:

1 Kobe Bryant
2 James Harden
3 Manu Ginobili
4 Vince Carter
5 Jamal Crawford
6 Gordon Hayward

You wanna talk about ****ting the bed? Manu is king of that.

Hayward is about to make Nola and the Suns look stupid over that E. Gordon contract.

Damn, just looked at Carter's stats, had no idea he had that good of a year last year. Pretty good for a 36 year old.

Yah. He was surprisingly serviceable last season. 15 year vet Marion still has it too - 12, 8, 2.5 on .514 shooting. Those two and Mayo (along with [everyone's loverboy two years ago] Mr. Darren Collisuck pretending he's a starting caliber player) kept that team competitive waiting for Dirk to return.
