Agree. I like Burks, but I'd bet against him becoming a truly reliable perimeter shooter.
Yeah that's why it's an odd expectation of me. If he works on it and shoots with just a little bit less rushing, I have a positive hunch about the rest of it.

Draft Charles Jenkins sign rush that is a solid upgrade don't know how playing time will work with burks and Jenkins.

The problem with taking on new players is that for every player that you take it that's less time for our supposed core of Hayward, Burks, Kanter and Favors. All four of which could start alongside random pass first point guard by the way. For this to happen though, at least two of them need to become solid reliable shooters, otherwise someone has to come off the bench while a shooter keeps the defense honest. i can see all four of these guys on an all star team if they develop like everyone thinks they can, so as KOC has said many times in recent interviews, the primary focus is for the Jazz to develop from within. (AKA two of these five including random point guard develops a consistent shot)
