Who would you rather have in the draft

Henry got injured and is just 20. There wasn't a roster spot for Babbitt on Portland, but he did destroy D League in his time there. Hayward had 2 good months out of 6, this thread should be brought up 3 years from no, not now.

Very, very similar...Babbitt's numbers offensively are slightly better than Johnson's and Johnson's are clearly better on the defensive end. I have to believe that with Babbitt's athleticism, he could improve immensely in that area. My point, he's underrated imo and I believe that's due to his race more than anything else. Hell, I understand people's perceptions of white guys but...

Um no, it doesn't. The question was who would you take, George or Babbitt? That was a no-brainer.
Had the question been, "Jazz are drafting at #9 and George, Hayward, Babbitt, Henry, Patterson, Sanders and Davis are all available, who would you take?," I think the answers would be spread out.

This was a very misleading thread to bump and does not support the George over Hayward argument at all.
 
I challenge Primetime or whomever to bump the real pre-draft thread. Not many votes for Hayward, IIRC (except honz), but it was a real mix. Yes, a handful wanted George, but there were quite a few votes for every other player in that group. I believe there was also a nearly universal dislike of Babbitt.

Regarding Johnson, I was simply showing how the two had very similar numbers. Obviously Johnson played in a far better conference. However, he's also basically two years older than Babbitt (23 months if we want to get more specific) so he's farther along on the curve. He also had far better talent around him and far better coaching, so going further in the tourney (though Nevada only made the NIT) is not the strongest argument. If that were the case, Hayward would be a no-brainer.

Cunning's whole point is that you are a hormonal little girl that doesn't know anything. One moment your making a thread about how The Jazz need to draft Burk, then later criticize the Jazz for drafting Burk as if it was some idiot move.

Dudes, the case of Trey Burke might be the least illustrative example of what an idiot Hack is. Please don't stop there. I'm considering starting a kickstarter for someone to do more research into his posts and then re-post the good ones. I wonder if we could get raise $100 total? It'd be worth the entertainment.
