I wasn’t on the CP3 bandwagon at the time and don’t hold it against anyone (in management), but it does make me wonder, if the idea that we peon fans can’t gaze into a seer stone like the FO can and we shouldn’t question their moves in really time, how come they didn’t foresee this?
I’m not bashing the FO for not doing it. It’s more or less unknowable. What I’m criticizing is this idea that you can’t criticize FO moves that make no sense, as if they’ve got some crystal ball that makes it make sense. I’m saying their ability to prognosticate isn’t some kind of magic, and there’s often a lot over overlap in distributions of “executive decision-making” and “lay-person opinion.”I don’t think anybody really saw THIS coming. The Suns really didn’t even give up that much for him. It was there for the taking. I just don’t really see the point in bashing the FO for not trading for Paul when the entire league could have and not many people on here wanted him anyways.
Yeah, not sure why no one did that sooner.OP is right!

As a grizz fan you should know that the “Gritt n Grind” Grizz was never known as "Conley's team" because they've always had other more vocal leaders like Z-Bo, Marc or even Tony Allen. So they could afford to let Conley remain quiet and kept his hands clean while letting other guys do the talking and other dirty jobs. But we didn't have that sorta “nasty” guy on the team other than Crowder who we used to trade for him. So what he's been doing on that Grizz team isn't enough for the JazzI also disagree. As a Grizz fan for many years, Mike is a leader, he don't necessary speak much but he is able to carry a team. On my opinion there is 2 main issues :
- Don and Rudy want act as they are the leaders ( which they are if we consider how much money they make) but they jus't dont the ability for it. I know french national team well and even there where he is a main piece, Rudy have never been a leader for this team Parker Diaw, De Colo were not Rudy.
- Quinn is lacking of personnality. The same team manage by Pops will be much different.
The sad point is that this team is not short of talent and have potential to win. But no one is able to make this team giving 100%.
You forgot the part about donating 5% of their salaries to the LFFAOLEROP is right!

No... it first must be reported to a member of the media to get the official PO meeting rubber stamp of approval. If a players only meeting happens and no one reports it, does it actually happen?
Donovan Mitchell is on the team, so I'm sure if there was a players-only meeting Woj would have tweeted about it instantly. If a players only meeting happens and no one reports it, does it actually happen?

“We got whatever it was off our chest,” Clarkson said. “We talked about it, it ain’t like ain’t nobody care, but it ain’t none of y’all business, it ain’t nobody else’s business about what happened and what we do. We’re figuring it out, just like everybody else.”
The Jazz finally met before practice today to discuss their issues. The article doesn't say if it was a players only meeting or if coaches were there as well. Here's a quote by Clarkson from the article:

The point isn’t so much about a player’s only meeting but that the jazz lack a guy who can bring this team together. The jazz lack togetherness and they don’t have an emotional leader and turns out that matters when you are a team with a lot of pressure on your back. How do you know there hasn't been a player's only meeting? All you know is nobody has talked about one.
That's just how folks talk on the east side of San Antonio.I will admit that quote from Clarkson was hard to read. Like literally, the words made no sense. I finally figured it out, like everyone else.
