Why Tomic isn't coming. . .

Hung out at Zion National Park yesterday and saw some guy in a Tomic Spanish League Jersey and suddenly things came into focus. People LOVE him right where he is at. He matters. How many people would be wearing a Tomic Jazz jersey? Bring on the German!

Real story is that he doesn't really want to come to Utah. If it were LA or NY, he probably would have.

Doesn't matter; that ship has sailed and saying Tomic on this forum going forward really should say *****.
 
He's not coming over because of these reasons:

4. Live in Barcelona, Spain. One of the most beautiful and comfortable cities ever. The city of Utah has a lot going for it, but it is not Barcelona.
3. Spanish league teams play once a week; Euroleague teams play an additional game a week. 2 games a week vs. the NBA grind.
2. Banging a hot *** honey who lives and works in Europe.
1. He doesn't want to compete against the best players and teams in the world. Some might say he's a lil' bitch because of this. Unless you have an elite competitive streak, you'd be hard pressed to criticize his decision.

But ultimately there's no room for lil' bitches on a Quinn Snyder team.

That's my point. The city of Utah is not cosmopolitan. However, if someone wants to live in a quiet, relatively crime free quasi-theocracy, then maybe it would be for you. But if you want to live in a Mediterranean climate with no inversion or easily butt hurt fans, I'd choose Barcelona. But both have H&M.
 
Boom Bitches just got $8 million a year. I wouldn't go that high, but I'd make him an offer that would make him consider it. He can live in Spain during the offseason like the Gasol brothers.
