Take the 19-10 post-break Jazz. Subtract Trey Burke , then add Ante Tomic, a healthy Alec Burks, and (via trade up in the draft) either Super Mario or Stanley Johnson and then factor in just the internal improvements from Exum and Gobert alone. I don't care how tough the WC is; that's a team that challenges for home court.
