Why would you rather keep Favors over Kanter?

Looks like the sentiment here is that Favors should be kept and explore trade option for Kanter, maybe I am not as good at player analysis but I can't help but feel like if Enes ever get it he will has a much higher ceiling than Favors. What's your opinion on how to analyze the future for the two?

Favors is a better defender and defensive rebounder. Id rather have a big man that can defend.

Of course it's only reasonable that one or the other must go.

This site is like a bunch of sharks circling the team, waiting for the smell of blood to pounce.

During our lone win to the pelicans I saw something that got me really excited about favors. When RJ got us back in that game Favors increase in energy had him running. Everyone has talked about Malone showing him post moves but where I see the most potential is with Favors running the Floor. People forget, because of Malones size, that he would get a good 6-10 pts a game on the fast break. I would like to see Malone work with favors on getting to his lane and sprinting. When a guy like favors gets moving they are virtually unstoppable.

I've got a Whopper and fries. I'm really at a loss trying to decide which one to eat.

I wouldn't trade either one. However, I think we need to bring Kanter off the bench until his conditioning gets better. I am a huge Kanter homer. Love when the guy is firing on all cylinders. With that said however, I am glad we are seeing what I have been saying for months. That once his minutes went up and he faced top tier centers he was going to struggle from time to time. We have to remember that he is way young. And with time his defense will come around. And his offensive explosiveness will return. But I still think he is going to be an asset for this team in the future.
