To answer the OP's original post, yes Saric would probably be the guy no one is talking about. Based on projections, McDermott too but I'm not concerned we would ever take him that high. Maybe Payton is who flying up boards but with Burke being drafted so highly last year, I couldn't see that either. I think the real surprise would Saric, we trade down more than three or four spots, or we trade the pick entirely for a future 1st.

Not my pick, but Kevin Pelton has Clint Capela listed as his #2 player statistically even though Capela is projected in the late teens, early twenties. THAT would be a WTF pick.

Post Embiid injury I figure it will come down to this:
Most likely off the board - Wiggins, Parker, Exum, Vonleh
Jazz picking between - anybody above who slides, Smart, Randle, Gordon and Embiid
Saric, McDermott, Harris, Levine, Stauskas, etc. in that next group (late lottery) that the Jazz won't have to consider unless they feel like they know something that nobody else does.
