The good teams in Europe don't want to rent players for a few months. They want contracts with players who will be there for a few years. NBA players with a current contract can't sign those kind of deals. So we probably won't see NBA players with contract signing with REAL Madrid or other top level european teams.

Serbia one of the least favorite destinations in Europe. Only really young guys or not so good vets play in Serbia. Spain, Greece, and Russia are countries where you will get paid best in Europe.
