Hood makes Burks more expendable than Hayward.
Nahhhh
Hood makes Burks more expendable than Hayward.
Absolutely.
With Trey and now Exum on board Hayward's playmaking is less relevant... we need a knock down shooter with size and defensive potential at the wing position.
I won't be surprise if we dont match.
NO ONE was happy last season. I think attitudes change completely with the new coaching staff. You can't have enough ball handlers, ask the Spurs.
The one thing you shouldn't have is unhappy ballhandlers.
And you know what you do once one of your ballhandlers becomes unhappy?
You talk to him and explain him the bigger picture, and if he's still unhappy you trade him before it getts public that he's unhappy.
nice
This is one of the knocks i have on burks. (Along with his defense)Kid shows some intensity and a penchant for following his shot. I like how he looks to dunk. I wish more of our players dunked the ****ing rock.
I'll be watching this comp with baited breath.

He has the size and athleticism to dunk alot more than he does
Interesting. I wonder if the Jazz see Hood as a viable replacement for Hayward if he were to walk.
Could also remind you of when Curtis Borchardt fell farther than expected and ended up being made of glass.
But I applaud your optimism.
I have seen a few occasions where he (alec) went for a contested layup (that he could have dunked) and watched the ball roll off the rim. He should have dunked it on those occasions.Does a dunk count more than a layup?
It also requires more energy expenditure and can bang up the hands and arms if they hit the rim.
I just want guys who can hit shots.
