The upside is that their FO is good at drafting (or at least so far they have been) and they have a ton of picks.

Not sure I would agree here; they’re currently capped out with a pretty mediocre team. That sounds like NBA purgatory to me.

I would see Agbaji is on the same level as the Knicks prospects and Sexton is definitely better, but he's also hyper flawed and could inflate your win total a bit too much unfortunately.

Yeah I am actually a little concerned now. Did we just become Cleveland west? Are we now good enough to drop out of the top 10 pick spots? Are we going to move some of these assets for further picks or something? Seems a little shakey as far as the tank is concerned.
