And if anyone doesn't remember this, we had the best 3pt shooter in the league and were fighting for home court in the playoffs and he blatantly refused to take 3pt shots when they were there and we desperately needed them because he was protecting his 3pt% so he could get the record for highest 3pt% in a season, which he went on to do, and the Jazz went on to not get home court and got bounced in the 1st round if I remember correctly.

I'd think he'd help him by actually hitting a shot when he's passed the ball. Jazz are last in catch-and-shoot 3pt%. For that reason the paint is often packed for a driving guard like Dante.

He will help us win... he can play in the playoffs. Space is critical and will open stuff up. He will have games where he is extremely impactful and only scores 5-10 points.

You can't give him an inch... on screens two dudes have to watch him. This is not rocket surgery.
